The fabric exterior and headband are slightly discolored from heavy use and wear. The aluminum casing is in good cosmetic condition with minimal wear. Functionality condition:

The left and right screens are fully functional with no damage or issues. The external display is fully functional with no damage or issues. I was able to connect to a WiFi network and test the audio by playing a video. The WiFi and audio are both fully functional. The cameras works great and shows clear images.
